Deliver the technical support that keeps our operations moving
As our Associate IT Field Technical Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our field colleagues have the technology, tools and support they need to deliver for our customers. You won't just fix devices or work on tickets, you will provide a high‑quality, efficient and reliable IT service that keeps our operational teams working safely, smoothly and effectively.
Working across your designated network area, you’ll deliver hands on 1st and 2nd line IT support directly to field users, taking ownership of issues from detection through to resolution. You’ll manage and maintain local IT infrastructure, oversee hardware stock, complete audits, and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You’ll also champion best practice, identify opportunities to increase first‑time fixes, and support improvements to the way we deliver IT services.

What you'll bring:
- Technical Expertise – Knowledge or qualifications across networks, Microsoft operating systems, AD/Entra ID, M365, device builds, Intune/SCCM, mobile solutions, AV, printing and IT security principles
- Practical Experience – Experience delivering IT services in a multi‑sourced environment, ideally within ITIL disciplines.
- Customer Focus – Strong customer service skills with the ability to support colleagues at all levels, from field operatives to senior leaders.
- Delivery Versatility – Able to prioritise multiple issues, lead resolutions and translate complex IT matters into clear language.
- Stakeholder Confidence – Skilled in building trusted relationships with internal teams, vendors, suppliers and service providers.
