Banking/Real Estate Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) – London
Elite US Firm | High-Value Cross-Border Work
A leading international law firm is seeking a 2–6 PQE Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in London.
This is a standout opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on a broad mix of complex, cross-border real estate finance transactions, within a lean, high-performing team that offers genuine responsibility and client exposure from day one.
The Role
You will advise on a wide range of matters, including:
- Real estate finance (investment and development financing)
- Structured real estate transactions
- Cross-border financings involving institutional lenders and sponsors
- Refinancings, acquisitions, and portfolio deals

The team operates across jurisdictions, regularly acting for global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and major real estate investors.
Experience
You will:
- Be England & Wales qualified or NZ/Australian Qualified with 2–6 years’ PQE (Equivalent)
- Have strong experience in banking / finance with a real estate finance focus
- Be trained at a top-tier UK or US firm
- Demonstrate BD skills alongside strong technical ability
