Company Description

The Event School London offers a specialist range of event management courses for career starters, career changers, and experienced practitioners looking to progress or diversify their expertise.

Our teaching is practical, industry-connected, and designed to bring the realities of the events sector into the classroom. Students learn from experienced professionals who can share current insight, case studies, professional standards, and real-world approaches to event planning, delivery, and evaluation.

Role Description

The Event School London is inviting applications from experienced luxury event professionals to join our teaching team as Freelance Associate Lecturers in Luxury Event Management.

This is a contracted freelance, on-site teaching role based in London. The role involves preparing and delivering course sessions, mentoring students, supporting practical learning activities, and sharing current professional insight into luxury events, high-end client expectations, and premium event delivery.

We are particularly interested in lecturers who can bring experience from luxury brand events, private client events, weddings and celebrations, gala dinners, hospitality, venue styling, product launches, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury travel, premium venue operations, or high-profile social events for corporates.

Associate Lecturers are expected to use course materials as a framework while drawing on their own professional experience, sector knowledge, case studies, and industry contacts to create engaging and relevant learning experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
