What you'll be doing As our Associate Legal Product Counsel, you’ll be the person who plays a key role in the development of new products and features, managing regulatory complexities and addressing commercial and consumer law matters across Satispay’s diverse offerings. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Strategic Advisory & Product Counseling – Acting as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch—ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes drafting terms of service, promotional rules, and customer-facing documentation. Regulatory & Legal Analysis – Analyzing complex legal issues to ensure new features align with regulatory and consumer law requirements, while assisting in managing relationships with regulatory authorities. Commercial & Consumer Law – Providing expert advice on financial laws, consumer protection, and commercial legal issues related to the B2C and B2B expansion of the Satispay ecosystem. Cross-team Collaboration – Partnering with Product, Tech, Strategy, and Marketing teams to develop innovative legal solutions that balance growth with smart risk management. Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you? Background – You are a qualified lawyer with a strong background in reputable law firms and at least 5 years of experience advising on technology, customer-facing products, and commercial/consumer law in the Tech, Fintech, or Insurance industry. Tech & Fintech Expertise – Familiarity with the Tech/Fintech ecosystem (payment schemes, wallet architectures). Previous in-house experience is a strong plus. Strategic & Risk-based Approach – Ability to take smart risks and provide strategic advice that aligns regulatory requirements with business objectives. Product Curiosity – You are willing to immerse yourself in technical aspects to find out-of-the-box legal solutions for customer-facing features. Communication & Judgment – Excellent skills to influence senior management and stakeholders, with the confidence to make sound decisions in situations of ambiguity.
