The firm is recognised for advising sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on complex, cross-border transactions, operating through lean deal teams and a highly integrated international network.
The Role
This opportunity sits within a leading finance team, working closely with:
- Private equity sponsors
- Portfolio companies
- Debt funds
- Financial institutions
###scope Collaborative exposure to:
- Leveraged and acquisition financings
- Refinancings and recapitalisations
- Bond issuances
- Fund-related and structured financings
- Transaction-driven finance work

- Early involvement in matters
- Hands-on responsibility including drafting and negotiating core finance documentation
- Managing complex workstreams
- Direct client and counterparty liaison
- Collaborative work across:
- Corporate teams
- Funds teams
- Private capital teams

Requirements
Experience advising:
- Private equity sponsors
- Corporates
- Financial institutions
###Exposure to:
- Leveraged finance
- Acquisition finance
- Fund finance
- Related transaction-driven financing
