Join McGraw Hill’s ELT team as an Associate Manager, ELT Products & Solutions and play a key role in shaping high-quality English Language Teaching products that reach global learners. This role contributes directly to the execution of the ELT strategy by supporting content development, editorial workflows, and product delivery across print and digital platforms. You will help ensure that ELT products meet the highest standards of quality, relevance, and innovation in a rapidly evolving global education landscape.
How can you make an impact?
You will make an impact by working closely with the Manager, ELT Products and Solutions to deliver high-quality ELT content and support the end-to-end development of learning materials. You will collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong execution of ELT portfolio goals.
Your work will directly support:
- Timely delivery of high-quality ELT content and learning materials
- Strong communication and coordination across teams and regions
- Effective editorial workflows, documentation, and manuscript preparation
- Improved quality assurance through adherence to project guidelines and standards
- Strong stakeholder relationships across ELT markets and contributors

- Supporting content development across multiple ELT delivery platforms in line with McGraw Hill standards
- Assisting with editorial tasks including communication tracking, data management, manuscript preparation, and content refinement
- Reviewing and editing copy and contributing to marketing and sales collateral
- Monitoring project schedules and flagging risks to ensure timely delivery
- Supporting implementation of project guidelines, product requirements, and quality standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with regional teams, freelancers, and ELT contributors
- Staying updated on ELT trends, digital innovations, and AI developments in education
- Ensuring compliance with McGraw Hill policies and publishing procedures
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration across time zones and markets
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of experience in ELT publishing
- Teaching experience, especially in a primary or secondary ELT context
- Strong knowledge of the American English ELT market
- Good understanding of ELT methodologies and global teaching/learning contexts
- Strong editorial, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working across global teams and time zones
- Awareness of digital ELT platforms and emerging trends, including GenAI
