Associate Account Manager – OLAPLEX

About the Role

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing developing accounts within a defined market and business channel. This role supports account execution, sales performance, and cross-functional delivery in partnership with internal teams. You’ll manage your own account performance while also contributing to broader commercial initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage strategic customer relationships and execute joint business plans
  • Execute business plans, including:
    • Launching new products
    • Delivering product marketing and training support
    • Meeting customer deadlines
    • Managing customer orders
    • Supporting forecasting
  • Lead regular business reviews with developing accounts to provide account updates, promotional activities, and market trends
  • Ensure timely communication on pricing, orders, credits, and sales support
  • Regularly visit customers to assess and execute opportunities that maximize sales and profitability

Account Support

  • Support Account Managers with account management tasks, such as:
    • Updating promotional calendars
    • Tracking orders
    • Facilitating internal coordination
  • Prepare joint business plan materials, reports, and presentation decks
  • Respond to day-to-day customer requests under supervision

Execution

  • Coordinate brand and education activations with Marketing and Education teams
  • Monitor product availability, pricing communication, and on-time delivery
  • Assist with sales and KPI reporting as needed

About You

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are excited to learn and grow. No experience? That’s okay—what matters most is your enthusiasm and alignment with our mission. You should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or a related commercial role
  • Ability to travel 10–15% of the time
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfort with Excel, presentations, and CRM tools
  • Passion for growing within a commercial environment
  • Fluent in English, and additional market-specific languages (if applicable)
