At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has an openings for 2 Senior Security Engineers. We are looking for the following for successful candidates to join our expanding team. Role responsibilities : Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality Create, maintain, and utilize documentation Requirements consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of security toolsets and integrations Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policies What you will bring to the team : Excellent organization and time management skills Working to ITIL best practices Desire to improve processes, looking for the root cause of a problem Willingness to both share your knowledge and learn from others A proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems Assist in shaping future security services on key client accounts Desirable Skills and Technologies : Solid knowledge and understanding of networking Experience in the design, implementation and ongoing management of security toolsets and technologies within both on-premises and cloud environments Experience or knowledge of operating systems, PKI, anti-virus, firewalls, device and application control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring Comfortable with scripting eg Powershell, Bash Good understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs Strong awareness of governance, risk and compliance Awareness and understanding of modern technology tools eg Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and their related security considerations Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof of concepts relating to a variety of security toolsets What we will do for you : Competitive compensation Pension scheme DXC Select – Our comprehensive benefits package (includes private health/medical insurance, childcare vouchers, gym membership and more) Perks at Work (discounts on technology, groceries, travel and more) DXC incentives (recognition tools, employee lunches, regular social events etc) At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
