Associate Medical Sales Specialist - Neurosurgery
We are seeking a driven Medical Sales Specialist to join our Neurosurgery team. This field-based role is pivotal in achieving territory sales targets, developing new and existing accounts, and introducing innovative products in line with our strategic objectives.
You’ll be responsible for implementing targeted campaigns, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving business growth across your territory.
This opportunity would be suited to a Neuroscience graduate looking to begin a career in medical sales.

Your Main Responsibilities: Selling a designated range of neurosurgery products to both new and existing customers Achieving both behavioural and financial sales targets Developing winning and repeatable sales strategies Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops Supplying accurate information for forecasting and budget proposals Supporting the sale of other B. Braun products when appropriate Keeping accurate records by use of Salesforce

What you’ll need to succeed: A proven track record of selling to the NHS within a theatre environment; experience selling Neuro products is desirable. Alternatively, a Neuroscience graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in medical sales. A confident communicator with a passion for building new relationships A competitive and driven mindset A full UK driving license
