Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for Consultants to implement Oracle’s best of breed Cloud technologies. This is a terrific opportunity for recent university graduates to join an established company and learn from experienced consultants to become successful. You will learn best business practices cutting across domains and industries while working directly with our clients. We always look to promote from within and rock stars can rise quickly.
As an Associate Project Delivery Consultant, you will work as part of client-facing teams to support the successful delivery of projects across a range of industries. You will help solve real business problems, working directly with clients to plan, manage, and deliver change initiatives.

This role combines project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and consulting problem-solving, offering early exposure to client environments and varied project work.

- Strong prioritisation skills
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience in internships, placements, or group projects
- Exposure to consulting-style work (case studies, analysis, presentations)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Awareness of delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum)
- Experience presenting or leading group discussions
- Awareness of AI technologies
Education
We are looking for graduates with Bachelor’s degrees in diverse subjects such as (but not limited to) Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Psychology.
