The Role

A dedicated and technically able lawyer, looking to move to a collaborative, lean and energetic team.

The role involves, commercial real estate work, including but not limited to:

Day to day asset management work Acquisition and disposals Development work Corporate transactional investment Real estate finance (from a real estate perspective)

Experience, Skills And Personal Attributes

The candidate should have excellent training and should have some experience in asset management, transactional investment and general commercial property law experience. The candidate will have worked at a city, national or large regional or US law firm with a recognised property practice.

Superior drafting skills and negotiation skills Ability to understand complex legal principles and apply them accordingly Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and actively seek new business development opportunities Ability to demonstrate a flexible and hands-on attitude, responding effectively to rapidly changing circumstances. Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a positive attitude and be a role model for the team Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Demonstrate the ability to manage simultaneous workstreams to tight deadlines Excellent prioritisation and time management skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree achieving a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent. Preferably England and Wales qualified.
