About the Role
We are partnered with a leading global consultancy delivering complex SAP-enabled business transformation programmes for enterprise manufacturing clients across North America and Europe.
This individual will play a critical leadership role across strategic client engagements, overseeing multi-country SAP programmes while helping shape broader manufacturing transformation strategies across global enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes within manufacturing-centric enterprise environments
- Act as executive sponsor and strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Oversee global delivery teams across functional, technical, and advisory workstreams
- Drive programme governance, financial oversight, risk management, and delivery excellence
- Support manufacturing transformation initiatives across production, logistics, planning, warehousing, and operations
- Lead programme mobilisation, roadmap development, and enterprise transformation planning
- Partner with client leadership teams to define long-term SAP and operational transformation strategies
- Contribute to business development, account growth, and strategic SAP pursuits
- Mentor and develop senior delivery and programme management teams within the SAP practice

Required Experience
- Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP programmes within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Experience managing complex global rollouts across multiple regions and business units
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, production planning, and plant processes
- Proven consultancy background within a global systems integrator or advisory environment
- Strong executive stakeholder management and client engagement capability
- Experience managing large programme budgets, governance structures, and senior steering committees
