Join a leading international strategy consultancy that sits at the crossroads of consumer and technology businesses and private capital. The firm advises corporates, investors, and management teams on their most important growth and investment decisions, combining deep sector specialisation with a rigorous, commercially grounded approach.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an Associate Partner to help lead the firm's work across Retail, Consumer Goods, Leisure & Travel, or Tech & Media. This is a senior role for someone ready to own engagements end-to-end, lead client relationships, and take a genuine part in growing the practice. You will work alongside partners on live mandates and play a real role in shaping recommendations for boards, CEOs, and investment committees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements end-to-end, owning the analytical approach, client narrative, and recommendation.
  • Manage and develop teams, reviewing analysis and holding the quality bar across every workstream.
  • Build and maintain relationships with private equity funds, corporates, and management teams to generate repeat work and new mandates.
  • Own the shaping and delivery of client materials, translating market data into clear investment and strategic theses.
  • Act as a senior point of contact throughout an engagement, coordinating internal teams and external advisors to deliver on time and to standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
