Job summary
The Associate People Business Partner - Transformation supports the delivery of organisational change by providing people focused leadership, insight and coordination across transformation programmes. The role ensures workforce implications are clearly understood, risks are identified and addressed, and people centred approaches underpin redesign, implementation and cultural change. Working across services and programme teams, the post holder helps embed consistent, compassionate and evidence based people practice that enables safe, sustainable and high-quality transformation.

- Leads people focused transformation, ensuring organisational change is safe, sustainable and aligned to workforce priorities.
- Provides data driven workforce insight, supports redesign and guides managers through effective consultation and engagement.
- Champions an inclusive, learning focused culture and builds capability through coaching and development.
- Ensures all change activity meets policy, legislative and regulatory standards, identifying and mitigating people related risks.
- Promotes a compassionate employee experience that protects wellbeing and psychological safety.
- Works collaboratively across programmes and services to deliver coordinated change, offering high quality workforce analysis to support evidence based decisions.
- Models professional HR standards, integrity and inclusive leadership throughout transformation.
