Job Description
- Support the execution of private equity investments across Europe and the United States
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence on potential opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committees
- Work closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and execution
- Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing asset management initiatives
- Engage with external advisors, including banks, consultants, and legal counsel
- Contribute to market research and thematic analysis to identify new investment opportunities

The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate - Private Equity should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket) or private equity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (top-tier institution preferred); additional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience working on M&A transactions or private equity deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exposure to cross-border transactions, particularly within Europe and/or the US, is highly desirable
