The Role
You will join a high-performing team focused on private investment funds and the full lifecycle of fund matters. The practice covers:
- Fund formation
- Secondary transactions
- GP-led restructurings
- Co-investment arrangements
- Other strategic transactions

What They’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) with experience or a strong interest in private funds work
- Background in fund formation or alternative investment structures (desirable)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a global team environment
- Excellent academic credentials and training from a reputable firm
