About the Role

As an Associate Product Developer within the Ninja Product Development team, you’ll help shape product experiences. You’ll be the voice of the consumer — understanding their needs, the competitive landscape, and retailer expectations — ensuring our products deliver a 5-star experience from concept through launch. This is a role for someone curious, collaborative, and excited to learn fast in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and launch of new Ninja products.
  • Conducting consumer and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to communicate product priorities and ensure alignment.
  • Providing real-time feedback on product prototypes and build stages to influence product performance and user experience.
  • Planning and executing validation activities across markets.
  • Developing product support assets such as in-box collateral, FAQs, how-to videos, troubleshooting content, and internal knowledge tools.
  • Ensuring product data accuracy and documentation in systems such as PARF, PIS, and Salsify.
  • Helping ensure products meet cost targets while delivering on experience.
  • Maintaining clear program documentation to support a smooth transition post-launch to Customer Excellence teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in product development or product marketing, ideally within consumer goods.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or similar.
  • A consumer-first mindset with a strong desire to build products that solve real needs and deliver delight.
  • Confidence working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
  • A willingness to learn quickly — seeing iteration, feedback, and even failure as part of the process.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful in managing information and timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when needed.
