Job Description:
Farm Heroes Saga is one of King’s beloved casual game titles with millions of daily players, delivering strategic match-3 puzzles in a heartwarming Farm universe that brings joy to players around the world. As an Associate Product Director, you will lead the Game Systems product domain within Farm Heroes Saga, partnering with the Head of Game Systems to translate strategy into impactful product plans and measurable business results.
Role Overview
Game Systems drives player engagement, retention, and monetization through the experiences beyond Farm's core match-3 gameplay, including features and events, progression, meta systems, economy, and monetization.
You will be responsible for:
- Shaping roadmaps
- Driving product performance
- Leading a cross-functional team
- Ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that create meaningful impact for both players and the business
This role requires strong product judgement, commercial awareness, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. Success comes from turning strategy into action, aligning teams around clear priorities, identifying opportunities and risks early, and creating an environment where teams can consistently deliver high-impact work.
The role is based in London.
Your Role Within Our Kingdom
- Work closely with the Head of Game Systems and fellow Associate Product Directors to shape strategy, share learnings, and ensure alignment across Farm.
- Lead Product for the Game Systems area, driving execution across discovery, delivery, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Own performance across key player and business metrics, using data and player insights to identify opportunities, manage risks, and guide product decisions.
- Partner with the Creative Lead and Tech Lead to lead the Game Systems organization, shaping its culture, ways of working, and long-term effectiveness.
- Lead and develop Product and Data Science talent, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Art + Design, Engineering, and Data to align priorities and deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Champion rapid learning through experimentation, AI-enabled product development, and data-informed decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by improving planning, prioritization, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
- Represent the Game Systems area with clarity and credibility, influencing stakeholders, and communicating progress, risks, and opportunities.

- Significant experience leading product teams within live service games or digital consumer products, delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong product judgement with the ability to balance player needs, commercial outcomes, and technical considerations.
- Proven experience translating strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and successful product execution.
- Excellent people leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across complex organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data, experimentation, and player insights to drive decisions.
- Leverages AI to accelerate product discovery, experimentation, and delivery while maintaining a strong focus on player value and product quality.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making effective trade-offs, and leading through change.
- Passion for building outstanding player experiences through iterative development, rapid learning, and outcome-driven decision-making.
