Job Description:

Farm Heroes Saga is one of King’s beloved casual game titles with millions of daily players, delivering strategic match-3 puzzles in a heartwarming Farm universe that brings joy to players around the world. As an Associate Product Director, you will lead the Game Systems product domain within Farm Heroes Saga, partnering with the Head of Game Systems to translate strategy into impactful product plans and measurable business results.

Role Overview

Game Systems drives player engagement, retention and monetisation through the experiences beyond Farm's core match-3 gameplay, including features and events, progression, meta systems, economy and monetisation.

  • You will be responsible for shaping roadmaps, driving product performance, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that create meaningful impact for both players and the business.
  • This role requires strong product judgement, commercial awareness, organisational leadership and operational excellence. Success comes from turning strategy into action, aligning teams around clear priorities, identifying opportunities and risks early, and creating an environment where teams can consistently deliver high-impact work.

The role is based in London.

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

  • Work closely with the Head of Game Systems and fellow Associate Product Directors to shape strategy, share learnings and ensure alignment across Farm.
  • Lead Product for the Game Systems area, driving execution across discovery, delivery, testing and continuous optimisation.
  • Own performance across key player and business metrics, using data and player insights to identify opportunities, manage risks and guide product decisions.
  • Partner with the Creative Lead and Tech Lead to lead the Game Systems organisation, shaping its culture, ways of working and long-term effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop Product and Data Science talent, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
  • Build strong partnerships across Product, Art + Design, Engineering and Data to align priorities and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Champion rapid learning through experimentation, AI-enabled product development and data-informed decision making.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving planning, prioritisation, communication and organisational effectiveness.
  • Represent the Game Systems area with clarity and credibility, influencing stakeholders and communicating progress, risks and opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
