We are looking for a junior Product Manager with a major focus on the Customer Service stream. In this role, you will work on making our CS team more efficient, proactive, and personalised, ensuring consistent quality across every interaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst
- Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission
- Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance:
- Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service
- Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts
- Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution
- Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience

Requirements
- Internship (with the possibility to transition into full-time employment)
- STEM degree from a top university (fresh grad) or a final year student
- Full-time:
- STEM degree from a top university
- 6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC)
- A passion for great UX/UI
- Outstanding written communication
- Highly analytical
