Associate Product Manager

Purpose

You’ll ensure the product portfolio executes with speed, accuracy, and consistency across all systems, data, and operational workflows. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll act as a pivotal support role, keeping product systems, documentation, and operations seamless—with a strong focus on North America.


Responsibilities / Key Deliverables

  • Product Development Execution Support

    • Track New Product Commercialisation (NPC) process, maintaining documentation and staying on course with key milestones.
    • Assist Senior and Product Managers in coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
  • Product Setup & System Coordination

    • Oversee New Product Introduction and extensions within timelines and requirements.
    • Partner with relevant teams to implement system updates, workflows, and corrections.
    • Ensure product data accuracy for launches and commercial activities.

  • Product Data & System Integrity

    • Own pricing, configurations, materials, and options across systems.
    • Audit and manage price variances while ensuring global system alignment.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Support

    • Identify opportunities to optimise product-related processes (collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales).
  • Reporting & Data Readiness Support

    • Prepare and validate data inputs for pricing activity, portfolio reviews, and product performance discussions.
  • Product & Market Knowledge (NAC Focus)

    • Deepen expertise in the portfolio, competitors, and North American customer needs—modular construction, material standards, warehouse management, and more.
  • Project & Dealer Support (NAC Focus)

    • Support Sales teams, major projects (e.g., GEM), and customer queries with accurate product knowledge (escalating complexities as needed).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Experience in product, operations, commercial, or systems roles
  • Hyper-attention to detail, strong data management across systems
  • Disciplined organisation, with prioritisation and deadline management skills
  • Comfortable cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales)
  • Analytical mindset with data, pricing, and documentation experience
  • Clear and effective communication (stakeholder support, technical queries)
  • Handle US market engagement (desirable)

Dimension of the Role

  • Reports to Director of Product Strategy as part of a four-person team, based at the NaughtOne headquarters in Harrogate.
  • Critical partnership between the Associate Product Manager, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to drive seamless product launches and portfolio performance.
  • Ideal for building long-term product strategy expertise.
