Associate Product Manager
Theodo is an engineering & design consultancy with offices in Paris, London, New York, Casablanca, and Cape Town. We build high-quality digital products for clients across industries, and we are increasingly working with enterprise organizations on complex, high-impact tech modernization programs - including AI-powered code modernization.
We run lean internally: we care about process, continuous improvement, and doing things properly. Our founders have written books on the best practice for using lean to scale agile in large organizations.
The Opportunity
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to take ownership of complex client projects and programmes end-to-end. You'll be the person clients trust to tell them hard truths, protect scope, and deliver - while the client principal focuses on account growth. This is a high-impact role at the heart of how we deliver, and a key part of how we're evolving our delivery model as we scale.
The role
- Negotiate and manage product scope to deliver maximum value on fixed-price and time/materials engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding product owner decisions on trade-offs and priorities
- Manage the flow of requirements from client to team, maintaining a healthy backlog and driving visual management practices
- Own the delivery plan; producing, maintaining, and communicating it throughout the engagement
- Run agile ceremonies and solve day-to-day delivery problems before they escalate
- Monitor effort, forecast accurately, and ensure delivery operates within contract terms
- Build long-term client relationships, providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and owning RAID management
- Mentor junior delivery managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
