About the Role

At FactSet, our values drive everything we do—how we work, how we innovate, and how we empower both our teams and clients. We believe the best ideas come from curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

You’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, leading projects from concept to delivery, ensuring FactSet remains a trusted leader in financial data research and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Backlog Leadership

  • Plan and prioritise software development projects using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Utilise JIRA to configure EPICs, storyboards, and testing environments, breaking down initiatives into actionable tasks.
  • Balance KTLO (Keep the Lights On) and BAU (Business As Usual) tickets, classifying and reprioritising based on urgency.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Define clear project goals, deliverables, and boundaries in collaboration with content stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Create Jira story cards that capture test criteria, development expectations, and success metrics.

Progress & Resource Management

  • Proactively track performance, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead Agile sprint planning sessions, assigning tasks and allocating resources for maximum productivity.
  • Motivate diverse teams and maintain focus on delivery, balancing prioritisation and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
