About The Role

Knight Frank's Project & Building Consultancy team is looking to recruit an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our established London office sector team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious project management professional to take the next step in their career within a market-leading consultancy.

You will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects across Central London, working with a diverse client base that includes occupiers, investors and developers.

As an Associate, you will combine hands-on project delivery with increasing responsibility for client relationship management, business development and supporting the growth of the wider team.

Working alongside senior leaders within the business, you will help drive excellence across project delivery while contributing to the strategic growth of the London office project management offering.

Working within one of the UK's leading property consultancies, you'll join a collaborative, ambitious and highly respected team that delivers some of the market's most exciting projects, ranging from occupier fit-outs through to major landlord refurbishment and repositioning schemes. Projects typically range from 5,000 sq ft to 300,000 sq ft, with exposure to larger, landmark schemes across London.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking a leading role in the delivery of office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from inception through to completion.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic guidance on project delivery, programme, procurement, risk and commercial matters.
  • Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams through design, procurement, construction and handover stages.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact across multiple instructions.
  • Identifying opportunities for repeat business and supporting business development initiatives across the London office sector.
  • Preparing fee proposals, supporting pitches and contributing to winning new instructions.
  • Producing and presenting project, programme, risk and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members, helping to build technical capability across the team.
  • Assisting Directors and Senior Directors with team growth, client management and strategic initiatives.
  • Contributing to the continued success and profile of Knight Frank's Project & Building Consultancy business.

About You

We're interested in speaking with commercially aware and client-focused project professionals who enjoy building relationships, delivering successful outcomes and taking ownership of complex projects. You will likely possess:

  • MRICS qualification or an equivalent project management, construction or engineering qualification.
  • Extensive experience delivering office fit-out, refurbishment or repositioning projects, ideally within the London market.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
  • Good commercial awareness, with an interest in business development and generating new opportunities.
  • The ability to mentor and support less experienced team members.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ambition to progress within a leading consultancy environment.
