Independent Project Management Consultancy
£80,000-£95,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This independent project management consultancy has achieved impressive year-on-year growth, steadily increasing its market share and building a client portfolio of leading private investors and developers across Central London.
As part of continued growth, they currently seek an Associate Director-level Project Manager to take a lead role on a complex hotel refurbishment while overseeing a wider portfolio of office, residential, and retail developments with contract values £2m-£80m.

What you’ll bring
- 8+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experience on a mix of new build and/or refurbishment led projects
- Chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
