About The Role
The Project Manager sits within our delivery function and drives the execution of cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Product, Data, and Business teams. These initiatives span research platform enhancements, data pipeline projects, and client-facing product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own structured, transparent delivery from initiation to close, ensuring stakeholder alignment and momentum across projects.
- Oversee project planning, governance, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication to navigate dependencies and maintain timely execution.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance project delivery practices, tools, templates, and governance standards at CreditSights.
This proactive, organised, and delivery-focused role demands the ability to balance immediate execution with continuous improvement—and success depends on a balance between the two.
Why This Opportunity Matters
As a Project Manager, you’ll:
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, partnering with stakeholders in Technology, Product, Data, Operations, and broader business units.
- Establish and maintain transparent project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and governance reports to provide clear visibility into progress.
- Manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive timely decision-making across diverse teams and geographical locations.
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Escalate risks and decisions proactively with recommendations—not just problems.
- Elevate project delivery standards across the organisation through process refinements and improved tools.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
