About The Role
Cushman & Wakefield is continuing to grow its Project & Development Services team and is looking to appoint an Associate Project Manager to support one of our largest and most strategically important occupier accounts.
Working with a globally recognised technology client, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial office fit-out, refurbishment and workplace projects across London and the UK. This is a client-facing role offering significant responsibility, autonomy and exposure to a fast-paced corporate real estate environment.
You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong pipeline of secured work and genuine opportunities for progression.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a major global technology client, building trusted long-term relationships.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from workplace upgrades through to large-scale office transformations.
- Oversee project governance, programme, cost, quality and risk.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer JCT contracts and manage procurement processes.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
- Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Project Management business.

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing consultancy environment and has experience delivering high-quality commercial office projects.
Ideally You'll Have
- Experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- MRICS
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
