Associate Project Manager – Securing the Future Programme

Project Manager – Securing the Future Programme

You will join the Securing the Future Programme Team, reporting to the Workforce Workstream Lead, and will collaborate closely with clinical, non-clinical, estates, digital, and business change teams. Effective cross-functional coordination is essential to ensure programme requirements, technical standards, and Trust priorities are successfully delivered.

About the Role

We seek candidates with strong project management skills, preferably gained in complex environments or large-scale programmes. Experience in healthcare delivery is beneficial but not mandatory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional organisation, planning, and coordination
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Ability to navigate complexity, manage risk, and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a collaborative working style
