Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination and successful execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines.
- Track project progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards and documentation.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
- Support Agile, Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and technical teams.
