Job Description

We’re looking for an entry level Associate to join our UK Public Affairs team. In this role, the successful candidate will work as a key member of our client account team, assisting with client management and the delivery of services such as stakeholder mapping and political outreach, organising meetings and events, conducting policy research, and monitoring the busy UK Public Affairs landscape.

The successful candidate will deliver excellent insight and assist in providing strategic direction to our clients in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Technology, Transport, and Infrastructure.

Company background

H/Advisors is a trusted communications adviser to some of the finest companies in the world. We combine creative thinking with deep analytical insights and experience to advise on any business issue you might face, whether it is about growth, people or reputation. We are experts in the workings of financial markets, media, government and regulators.

Our power to inform and influence is anchored by decades of experience, data driven analysis, integrated AI tools and global reach through our international group. Founded in 2001, H/Advisors employs 1500+ multi disciplinary experts in 40+ offices across Europe, America, APAC and the Middle East.

Over the past two decades, we have expanded our presence in key financial centres worldwide, offering best-in-class counsel to boards, executives and investors navigating transformation, market shifts and reputation-defining moments. In recent years, we have been successful in pitching for and winning increasingly complex multi-national and multi-disciplinary mandates. This has entailed both adhering to complex procurement processes and (when we are successful) lengthy contract negotiations. Accordingly, we are looking for our first ever Procurement and Contracts Manager to focus on this workload, streamline it, and help make us more effective in this area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
