Do you want to join a fast growing consultancy, delivering some exciting residential and commercial projects across the UK?
I’m currently working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support their continued growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded QS to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role: • Lead projects from inception through to completion • Act as Employer’s Agent across a range of developments • Manage cost plans, tenders, valuations, variations and final accounts • Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings • Mentor and support junior surveyors • Work across JCT contracts (NEC contracts are a benefit) Your Background: • Strong PQS / cost consultancy background • Experience acting independently as Employer’s Agent • Client-facing and commercially aware • Leadership or mentoring experience • MRICS qualified or working towards • MEP costing experience advantageous
