The role:
After a record breaking year and a move into our shiny new offices overlooking the city, we are looking to grow the team once more. We can also offer a wide choice of market specialisms under the direct mentoring of our experienced leadership team.
You will be responsible for expanding our service offering along the lines of your chosen market, bringing on board new clients and making sure they're serviced to the levels we have become renowned for. You'll get plenty of help along the way and we pride ourselves on avoiding the churn & burn approach to expansion - if you're dedicated & committed, we'll be with you all the way.
So what are we looking for?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you will need though is a commitment and dedication to delivering for your clients whilst being driven to achieve, and surpass, targets set. With this should be a genuine thirst for both personal and financial success in what is one of the most competitive industries you can imagine. We only recruit for highly sought after technical staff and competition is tough, we know it’s not easy but nothing that's worth the reward ever is!
As technology is our sector of choice, you will also need to develop a deep understanding of your chosen speciality - Google can always help but a few weekends with your head buried in the right kind of book won’t go amiss.
Traits you will need to bring:
- Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as you establish and build relationships across the industry
- Self-Promotion - more than ever in the connected world, your ability to promote your personal brand is an essential part of what we do. Via Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, personal and company blogs etc, you will be reaching out to prospects and must have a firm grasp of how to market yourself with confidence
- Organisation – with numerous clients and candidates seeking your expertise, you will need to master the art of multiple plate spinning
- Initiative – an ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues is vital.
- Work ethic – it goes without saying in any role but you get out what you put in. This is especially true in recruitment.
- Resilience – things go wrong in recruitment, often! You’re representing people and those people have a tendency to change their minds - often to your detriment. Shout, scream, sulk a little……..then pick yourself up and go again.
