Graduate Sales & Business Development Academy
September 2026 Intake
Old Street, London (5 days per week in office)
£25,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)
Start Date: 14th September 2026
We're raising the bar for this intake. Trinnovo Group is hiring for our September 2026 Recruitment Academy, and we're looking for people who are used to being the best in the room, academically, competitively and as a leader.
Recruitment experience is not required. For this intake, we're specifically looking for people who stand out on paper as well as in person:
- A strong university degree (2.1 or above)
- Strong academic results throughout your education
- Demonstrable leadership experience, whether that's a formal role or leading a project, team or initiative
- A track record of competitive achievement, such as sport, debating, music or another area where preparation and grit get results
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient, ambitious and goal oriented
This 8-week programme is designed for standout individuals looking to build a serious career in recruitment, sales and business development. Through structured training, hands-on coaching and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop into a specialist 360 Recruitment Consultant with clear progression from day one, placed into one of our specialist brands, including Broadgate and Trust in SODA.

What You'll Be Doing
- Learning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Building relationships with clients and candidates across specialist markets
- Sourcing and headhunting high calibre professionals
- Managing recruitment processes from brief through to offer and placement
- Developing commercial sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Building expertise within a specialist recruitment market
You must be able to commute to our London office and work on-site five days per week during the Academy programme.
