Trainee / Associate Recruitment Consultant – No Experience Needed
Start a Career in Tech & Engineering Recruitment | Full Training Provided
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Position: Onsite, Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission up to 30% (no threshold)
Realistic Year 1 OTE: £30k–£35k+

About the Role
Join our growing Tech & Engineering recruitment consultancy in Truro and start your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

- Build confidence quickly
- Develop sales, negotiation, and client management skills

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive headhunting
- Advise candidates on career opportunities
- Match candidates to exciting tech and engineering roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to offer stage
- Achieve targets with guidance and support from experienced consultants and our dedicated L&D Manager
