Associate Recruitment Administrator

Guildford & Milton Keynes: £26,000 - £26,500
Hybrid working - min 2 days per week
Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to thrive in a high-volume environment? Join our Associate Recruitment team, where you'll help deliver a seamless experience for thousands of teacher applicants each year. This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.
In this role, you'll:
- Process applications
- Respond to enquiries
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI
- Work with colleagues across departments
- Assess candidate suitability
- Support recruitment campaigns
- Contribute to activities like assessment centres, sharing feedback to help improve recruitment processes
This fast-paced, high-volume role requires:

- Confidence working with data
- The ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency, taking ownership of your work, and actively developing your skills within a supportive team

What do I need to be successful?
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering high-quality service.
- Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, whilst showing flexibility and ability to exercise own judgement for priority setting.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
- Be results focused: make pragmatic decisions and be comfortable switching between tasks as needed.
