Associate Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Construction - Farnborough
£27k-£30k per annum DOE + OTE Earnings
Daniel Owen is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Farnborough office.
Specialising in permanent white-collar recruitment, this role will support the team across flourishing sectors. If you're seeking a sales job within growing industries, then keep reading!
Your impact as an Associate Recruitment Consultant:
- Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
- Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for permanent opportunities.
- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
- Permanent Recruitment: Support the team with permanent white collar construction recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.
- Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
The Ideal candidate will be:
- A Proven Professional: Whether your background is in recruitment, sales, customer service or another target-driven environment, you know how to build relationships, get results and deliver a high-quality service.
- Motivated and Ambitious: You are driven to succeed, keen to develop your recruitment career and excited by the opportunity to influence your earnings with your work.
- Excellent Communicator: You're a brilliant communicator, both face-to-face and email, with the confidence to build strong relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and can confidently pivot when priorities change.
- Organised: You are able to plan, structure, and manage tasks efficiently, staying organised to meet deadlines, support live vacancies, and achieve goals.
