What You'll Be Doing
- Source and engage top talent - Build pipelines of high-quality candidates and guide them through their career journey
- Build strong relationships - Develop trust with candidates and clients, becoming their go-to partner
- Drive business growth - Generate leads, connect with new clients, and showcase MCS Group's expertise
- Manage the recruitment process - Coordinate interviews, deliver feedback, and manage offers through to placement
