Lowen Talent Recruitment Opportunity

Lowen Talent has partnered with an award-winning, Bristol-based recruitment company specialising in placing people into the technology sector, recognised as one of the best recruitment companies to work for in the UK.

This isn't your typical graduate scheme. It's sales, relationship building, negotiation and problem solving, all rolled into one, with genuinely uncapped earning potential and a culture built around supporting each other to get there. Their training programme speaks for itself: one recent graduate hire earned £16,000 in commission in her first six weeks alone.

Who they're looking for

Any degree, any subject, this isn't about what you studied. Some of the best consultants in this industry came in with degrees that had nothing to do with recruitment or business. What they all had in common was sharpness, a bit of edge, and a genuine appetite to work hard and be rewarded for it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
