What the role involves
- Building and managing relationships with clients across the technology sector, understanding their hiring needs and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for roles across tech
- Managing the full recruitment process from first contact through to placement and beyond
- Proactively business developing new client relationships through calls, meetings and networking
- Negotiating terms and managing expectations on both sides of the desk
- Hitting and exceeding targets, both individually and as part of the wider team
- Learning to juggle a fast moving desk, managing multiple roles and priorities at once

- Up to 40% commission, with no threshold
