You'll be:
- Building relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers
- Identifying and attracting top talent across the UK technology sector
- Learning how businesses hire and what drives recruitment decisions
- Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to placement
- Developing sales and business development skills through hands-on experience
- Working closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development
- Becoming a market expert within your chosen technology specialism
