LPC is a large and growing church in the HTB Network. Since revitalisation in 2022, LPC has grown to 350+ across three Sunday services, 180 in groups, and a large number of guests on Alpha each year and a thriving rising generation ministry.
We’re Looking For a Dynamic, Faith-filled Leader To
- Drive growth and discipleship across one of our main Sunday congregations
- Preach and teach, to equip the church for works of ministry (Eph 4).
- Lead and multiply Alpha and groups, helping people find faith and community
- Plant an evening service, to reach more people with Jesus.
- Oversee family and youth ministry, raising a new generation of disciples
- Shape vision and strategy alongside the Rector and senior team
