The Company

Eisai is a leading research-based pharmaceutical organisation with an extensive portfolio across the Oncology, Neurology, and Pain therapy areas.

By joining Eisai, you will be working for an organisation with a human healthcare philosophy, which means that we put the patient first in everything we do.

Your new role

We are looking for an analytical and intellectually curious Regional Pricing Analyst to join our EMEA Pricing team within Finance to cover the Pricing Manager's family leave. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build expertise in pharmaceutical pricing and commercial strategy across diverse EMEA markets.

You will support the development, implementation, and governance of regional pricing strategies by delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights. The role contributes to key pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, including launch planning, tender strategy, international reference pricing, cross-border trade monitoring, and loss of exclusivity planning.

Your work will help optimise commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.

  • Support the development of pricing strategies for public tenders across EMEA markets.
  • Contribute to pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks.
  • Monitor and analyse international reference pricing (IRP) impacts across markets.
  • Support launch pricing strategy assessments for new products and indications.
  • Assist with lifecycle pricing activities, including LOE planning and price erosion analysis.
  • Monitor cross-border and parallel trade dynamics, identifying potential pricing risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel and other systems.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations to support regional decision-making.
  • Support ad-hoc pricing, finance, and market access projects across the EMEA region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
