Your new role
We are looking for an analytical and intellectually curious Regional Pricing Analyst to join our EMEA Pricing team within Finance to cover the Pricing Manager's family leave. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build expertise in pharmaceutical pricing and commercial strategy across diverse EMEA markets.
You will support the development, implementation, and governance of regional pricing strategies by delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights. The role contributes to key pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, including launch planning, tender strategy, international reference pricing, cross-border trade monitoring, and loss of exclusivity planning.
Your work will help optimize commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
- Support the development of pricing strategies for public tenders across EMEA markets.
- Contribute to pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze international reference pricing (IRP) impacts across markets.
- Support launch pricing strategy assessments for new products and indications.
- Assist with lifecycle pricing activities, including LOE planning and price erosion analysis.
- Monitor cross-border and parallel trade dynamics, identifying potential pricing risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel and other systems.
- Prepare analyses and presentations to support regional decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc pricing, finance, and market access projects across the EMEA region.

What are we looking for?
- Degree (MSc preferred) in Economics, Health economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Desirable: Internships or placement experience in a pricing, commercial, or strategy role. Preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
