About This Role

We're looking for Associates, on a zero-hours contract basis, to provide additional resource as and when required within the doctoral team at Metanoia Institute, supporting the next generation of researchers in psychotherapy, counselling and counselling psychology.

We're seeking experienced, research-active professionals to join our Research Degrees team as Associate Research Supervisors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant doctoral community by providing high-quality supervision, academic guidance and pastoral support to doctoral candidates throughout their research journey.

What You'll Do

Working closely with the Head of Programme and the doctoral teams, you'll:

  • Supervise doctoral researchers
  • Provide expert feedback on research development and academic writing
  • Help ensure students progress successfully through their doctoral studies

You'll also collaborate with fellow supervisors and contribute to the academic and research reputation of the Institute through your own scholarly activity and engagement with the wider research community.
