Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Associate to join our Retail Lease Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to work with a diverse client base, supporting the delivery of strategic leasing advice across a dynamic retail landscape.

The Role

As an Associate, you will play a key role in advising landlords and occupiers on retail leasing matters, helping to maximise value and support asset performance. You will work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of transactions and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic lease advisory services to retail landlords and tenants Lead and support lease renewals, regears, rent reviews, and restructures Undertake market analysis and provide evidence-based advice Prepare and present client reports, recommendations, and financial appraisals Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with agency, investment, and asset management teams

About You

Experience in retail lease advisory Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and retail market dynamics Excellent negotiation and communication skills Commercially astute with strong analytical ability Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple instructions MRICS qualified
