Associate, ROC Analyst - Regional Operations Centre

We’re looking for an Associate, ROC Analyst to join our London team. This is an on-site role. In this role, you’ll serve as the frontline defense during emerging incidents, monitoring systems, executing SOPs, and applying analytical tradecraft to maintain operational resilience across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Regional Operations Center (ROC) team. The ROC operates in a high-tempo, 24/7 global operations environment, responsible for real-time monitoring, incident triage, and operational response to protect our people, assets, and operations. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Operate the ROC in Real Time: Monitor dashboards, alerts, inbound reports, and open-source signals to identify security, safety, and operational incidents as they emerge.
- Execute Incident Response: Triage incidents and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) through accurate documentation, coordination, and information validation.
- Apply Analytical Intelligence: Conduct initial fact-finding and source validation to distinguish signal from noise, providing clear operational context to support timely escalation.
- Support Escalation and Handover: Escalate issues exceeding thresholds to management with structured, decision-ready information, and conduct disciplined shift handovers to ensure seamless continuous operations.
- Contribute to Operational Excellence: Participate in drills, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen ROC readiness and workflows.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
- operations center experience: Demonstrated capability in a GSOC, ROC, SOC, or comparable 24/7 operations or incident response environment.
- Strong understanding of incident management: Working knowledge of incident triage, escalation protocols, and operational playbooks under pressure.
- Proven ability to communicate and document: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear, structured operational context to leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Foundational analytical capability: Ability to assess information quality, track ongoing global events, and perform consistently with high attention to detail across rotating shifts.
- Technical fluency and schedule flexibility: Comfort working across monitoring dashboards, ticketing systems, and communication platforms, with the flexibility to work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 global operations model.
Nice to Have
- Basic OSINT familiarity: Experience using open-source tools and publicly available information to validate events and support situational awareness.
- Relevant qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
