Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. You will play an important role in Lead Qualification & Conversion for the Octave BricsCAD EMEA team- focused on the Southern Europe market. This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales to maximize pipeline creation and revenue conversion. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be managing leads through outbound & inbound campaigns, qualifying prospects, and driving them toward a purchase through either our online store or through resellers. Additionally, you will identify high-value opportunities and direct them to the appropriate resellers or Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify & Engage Inbound Leads: Manage leads from product downloads, website contact forms, and marketing campaigns, ensuring they are followed up via our CRM
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate via email and phone to understand customer needs, address concerns, and encourage conversion to sales.
  • Drive Leads to Purchase: Guide prospects toward completing their purchase through our eStore and/or resellers, providing relevant information and timely follow-ups.
  • Lead Distribution: Qualify larger opportunities and seamlessly route them to resellers or Account Manager as appropriate.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Assess where leads are in the buying journey, ensuring proper qualification and engagement for maximum conversion.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Participate in strategic cold-calling and lead-generation efforts when needed to expand opportunities.
  • Optimize Lead Processes: Use customer data to suggest improvements in lead management and marketing strategies.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical sales and marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify and research potential leads in the local market, including target companies and help create pipeline in the region
  • Participate in industry events to promote BricsCAD in the relevant markets

Education / Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant studies.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role covering Southern Europe markets as described above.
  • Experience selling in the AEC and/or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of the local business environment, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong track record of being a self-starter to successfully identify, pursue, and close business deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with partners and clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Comfortable balancing direct sales efforts with lead distribution responsibilities
  • Adaptable and able to navigate both transactional and enterprise sales environments
  • Experienced in CRM tools and sales processes
  • Excellent level of English & Spanish/Italian both written and spoken.
