As a specialist in innovative extremity solutions, our client is helping surgeons deliver outstanding patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology. Now, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join their Midlands team, covering Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Coventry, Birmingham, Oxfordshire.
This is far more than an entry-level sales role. It’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of orthopaedics, receive industry-leading training, work shoulder-to-shoulder with surgeons in theatre, and develop into a trusted clinical and commercial expert. What you’ll be doing
- Deliver exceptional support and customer service across your territory.
- Provide clinical support during orthopaedic procedures, working alongside surgeons and theatre teams.
- Become a trusted product specialist within our client's innovative orthopaedic portfolio.
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals through your technical knowledge and professionalism.
- Manage all associated administration accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree as a Physician Associate with surgical orthopaedic placements
- BSc in Biomedical Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline.
- A strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Starting Salary is £30 000. Please note access to a car is required – mileage will be reimbursed.
