Associate Search Consultant: Tech, Operations, Marketing and Sales Seeking 2026 Graduates

Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment and work with some of the most exciting start-ups in the market?

We're looking for ambitious Graduate Recruiters to join our client's growing GTM Delivery team, partnering with innovative SaaS businesses across the UK, Europe and the US.

This is an opportunity to work with founders and leadership teams that are building the future across industries including GreenTech, HealthTech, LegalTech, SportTech and many more. No two clients are the same, and the variety of businesses you'll support is endless.

The Opportunity As part of their delivery function, you'll focus on recruiting Go-To-Market talent across: Sales Marketing Customer Success Operations Commercial and Revenue teams Technology roles supporting GTM functions

Whilst business development team generates new opportunities, you'll still play a highly consultative role, partnering closely with founders, hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their growth plans and deliver exceptional talent.

You'll become a trusted advisor to some of the most exciting start-ups in the ecosystem, helping them build high-performing teams that fuel their growth.

What You'll Be Doing Managing end-to-end delivery processes for multiple clients. Building talent pipelines across the UK, Europe and North America. Identifying and engaging top-tier candidates through a variety of sourcing channels. Working directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Providing market insights and candidate intelligence. Creating exceptional candidate experiences throughout the process. Supporting fast-growth businesses as they scale their commercial functions.

What Our Client Is Looking For Recent graduates or individuals early in their career. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people. Curiosity about the start-up and SaaS ecosystem. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Resilience, ambition and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment. Previous sales, customer-facing or internship experience is advantageous but not essential.
