The Role

Based in London, this Associate will:

  • Work directly alongside senior partners on high-value GP-elder and LP-led secondary deals across Europe.
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed valuation and cash-flow models for LP portfolios and GP continuation vehicles.
  • Conduct strategic due diligence on underlying funds and portfolio companies, including:
    • Performance analysis
    • Market comparative reviews
  • Support end-to-end deal execution, from:
    • Sourcing & deal screening
    • Document negotiation
  • Prepare investment committee materials and assist in strategic portfolio construction.
  • Track and analyse portfolio performance and market trends in European secondaries.

What We Look For

  • 2–4 years in private markets, with experience in:
    • Secondaries, primaries, fund-of-funds, transaction advisory, or investment banking.
    • Private markets-specific roles preferred.
  • An analyst’s mind with:
    • Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, cash-flow, valuation models).
    • Keen sense of detail to identify risks/opportunities.
  • Passion for private markets, particularly secondaries.
  • Fireproof organisation – ability to juggle competing live processes.
  • Collaborative & unremarkable by nature – the best teammate is one who elevates others over self-promotion.
