What you'll do: In your capacity as Associate Securitised Products based in London, you will be entrusted with supporting the comprehensive lifecycle of securitisation transactions for an eclectic client base spanning EMEA. Your daily responsibilities will encompass close collaboration with senior colleagues to identify new business opportunities, execute intricate structured finance arrangements, assess transaction risks, scrutinise legal documents, model cash flows meticulously, undertake rigorous due diligence procedures, and sustain robust client relationships. You will also be expected to oversee deal closings with precision while delivering exemplary service to both internal associates and external clients. Remaining abreast of regulatory developments will be essential as you contribute towards upholding compliance standards. By nurturing networks within various departments across the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in promoting effective teamwork that ensures optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. * Provide support in the origination and execution of securitised products for corporate clients under the guidance of sector leads, with particular emphasis on trade receivables transactions for investment grade corporates and sponsor portfolio companies. * Assist or assume responsibility for the execution of securitisation transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers within the corporate sector by maintaining close coordination with portfolio managers. * Contribute to the origination and execution of securitised products for financial institution or esoteric clients as required, ensuring seamless delivery under sector-specific leadership. * Participate in the execution of securitisation and receivables financing products for JCIB clients, upholding exemplary standards throughout each phase of the process. * Analyse structural risk memoranda and reports, review legal documentation, perform cash flow modelling, conduct due diligence on transactions, and manage client relationships with both internal stakeholders and external counterparties. * Lead or support deal closing processes by ensuring all requisite documentation is completed accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining open communication with all involved parties. * Liaise directly with clients at counterpart level to relay information, respond promptly to routine queries, and ensure that exceptional service is consistently delivered. * Maintain current knowledge of regulatory issues pertaining to securitisation as well as developments in the broader market to ensure compliance with best practices. * Cultivate strong relationships across departments within the organisation to establish a peer network that facilitates effective inter-departmental collaboration. * Support senior originators in advancing the public ABS franchise in EMEA by adopting a product-neutral approach and contributing to both private placement and public ABS transactions. Your academic credentials at degree level provide a robust foundation (or equivalent work experience) upon which your technical proficiency in structured finance has been established—whether through banking roles or advisory appointments. You exhibit an analytical orientation that empowers you to evaluate intricate risks whilst remaining meticulous when reviewing legal documents or conducting due diligence. Your interpersonal strengths are manifest as you collaborate harmoniously with colleagues from disparate departments; these same attributes enable you to foster enduring client relationships predicated on trust and mutual respect. Mastery of Microsoft Office tools allows you to deliver work of exceptional quality expeditiously. Above all else, your dedication to teamwork means you consistently contribute towards collective success whilst upholding unimpeachable standards of integrity. * A degree-level education (or equivalent work experience) is requisite alongside solid demonstrable experience working on securitisation transactions within EMEA in either a structuring or execution capacity. * A background in securitisation, structured finance or working capital finance acquired from positions at banks, rating agencies or advisory firms is highly advantageous. * Legal, accounting or credit experience would be beneficial for comprehending transaction structures and documentation requirements. * Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with commercial acumen enable you to navigate complex deal structures judiciously. * Outstanding interpersonal skills facilitate rapport-building with colleagues across departments as well as external clients from diverse backgrounds. * Excellent negotiation skills underpin your ability to secure mutually agreeable outcomes during transaction discussions. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel ensures you can prepare detailed presentations and perform sophisticated financial modelling tasks efficiently. * Fluency in any European language would be considered an asset but is not obligatory for this appointment. * A collaborative disposition enables you to flourish within diverse teams whilst contributing positively towards shared objectives. * Well-developed networking capabilities assist you in cultivating valuable connections both internally within the organisation and externally across the industry.
